Grammy award-winning, diamond-selling artist Shaggy will headline the Florida Jerk Festival, which is set to take place on Sunday, July 4th, 2021 at the South Florida Fairgrounds, located at 9067 Southern Boulevard in West Palm Beach, FL. As safety is the top priority of the festival’s organizers, CDC safety guidelines will be followed. Also, there will be over 100 sanitation stations placed throughout the event venue.
Orvile “Shaggy” Burrell, will be honoured by the American Friends of Jamaica (AFJ) at the group’s seventh annual gala in South Florida in April. The event will be held on Saturday, April 9 at Jungle Island in Miami, where Shaggy will be presented with the 2011 International Humanitarian Award for his efforts in enhancing health care for children in Jamaica. The 20th edition of Reggae Sumfest will see two international artiste added to the event, as a pair of R&B superstars will take to the Catherine Hall stage this July. R Kelly and Trey Songz have been confirmed for Reggae Sumfest 2012, which will take place from July 15-21 in Montego Bay. Trey Songz will take to the stage on International Night 1, July 20 while R Kelly will perform on International Night 2, July 21.
