A pair of Royal Caribbean International crewmembers were busted for drug possession on Thursday Feb. 24 2011 in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The crewmembers were both Jamaican nationals working on the 1,950-passenger Grandeur of the Seas

The bust was confirmed by Royal Caribbean, which said that while the Grandeur was docked in Montego Bay on Feb. 24, Jamaican authorities detained a crewmember and found that he was in possession of 18 kilos of cocaine. Authorities then boarded the ship and found an additional 15 kilos in the cabin of a different crewmember

Juvenile Arrested For Marijuana Possession In Louisiana

Rapper Terius "Juvenile" Gray was arrested on Saturday night in Louisiana for marijuana possession and driving with a suspended license.

Apparently, the rapper was pulled over for speeding, the rapper was doing 75 in a 65 speed zone. The Officer said after he stopped the 35-year-old rapper, he smelled marijuana and Gray handed over small bag of it when asked. The suspended license appeared when police checked his name with law enforcement records. Both charges are misdemeanors.

He was taken in and released on a $750 bond. The court date has been set for April 1.

Buju Banton has been found guilty Tuesday afternoon on drug charges after many thought the artist would beat the odds after an earlier mistrial in the fall of 2010.

Buju was found guilty of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, and using the wires to facilitate a drug trafficking offense. One charge of attempted possession with the intent to distribute cocaine was dropped.

Haiti is angry over the treatment of their children from their young soccer team by Jamaica authorities after two players became ill.

The Under-17 soccer squad was forced to withdraw from the competition after Jamaican authorities were pressured to send them home because several members became ill with a fever that was later determined to be malaria.

A Jamaican man, who recently went to Trinidad was shot dead in Barataria, Trinidad over the weekend.

The victim have been identified as Vincent Powell, 41, a fisherman of Montego Bay, Jamaica. Powell was shot in the chest area and tossed out of a vehicle near Low Cost Supermarket, Eastern Main Road, Barataria shortly before 9 a.m. on Friday.

Powell was taken to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, where he died while undergoing surgery.

Police in Albuquerque investigates a yogurt case. A woman claims that the yogurt distributed in a mall tasted like sperm. The woman spat out the yogurt and immediately went to the police.

The yogurt was scraped from the floor and taken away for examination. Tests in the laboratory will show wether the food is indeed mixed with male reproductive fluids.

The employee who handed out the yogurts, 31-year-old Anthony Garcia, is arrested. He was a wanted man, because he had two outstanding bench warrants, including two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor.

Closing arguments in the second drug trial of Grammy-winning reggae singer Buju Banton ended Thursday afternoon, setting the stage for jurors to deliberate on his fate.

The 37-year-old Banton is accused of conspiring with two other men in setting up a drug deal in December of 2009. His album "Before the Dawn" won a Grammy for best reggae album this week, and he remains wildly popular in his native Jamaica.
