Alley Cat will be performing live in concert with Mr. Vegas this easter sunday in West Palm Beach, Florida. Riding high on the success of his latest album Dancehall Knowledge 2 Alley Cat aka Imperial has been non stop performing.

He dazzled the crowd at the SOFLO Awards and then again at his own Album Release Party where the fans where left wanting more, his energy on stage is only surpassed by his music.

It appears that some of the employees at Flavor Flav’s Chicken restaurant are a bit upset with him.

According to the employees, their payroll checks have bounced and they are owed at three weeks of back pay. One of the employees stated that the bank wouldn’t even cash her check, which was only $150.

Holland is set to host it's first Reggae Festival this Easter Sunday. It's called Rotterdam Reggae Festival. Confirmed acts includes Vybz Kartel, Elephant man, Jah Cure, Chaka Demus & Richie Spice, Tanya Stephens and Duane Stephenson, together with Dutch reggae acts and, British reggae artist Gappy Ranks.

Capleton set to perform at this year's BVI Music Festival at Cane Garden Bay in Trinidad. The lineup also include two international soca artistes and one reggaeton.

The two soca artistes are Iwer George and the legendary Black Stalin out of Trinidad and Tobago. The reggaeton artiste is Pablo Piddy out of Santo Domingo.

On Friday May 27, there will be local acts which will include Showtime Band and then at 10:00 pm, Trey Songz will take the stage followed by Iwer George and Black Stalin.

Documents out of St Maarten issued Tuesday April 12, 2011, states that effective Monday, April 11, 2011, Guyanese and Jamaicans will have to obtain a visa before they are allowed to enter the country with a population of approximately 40,000 persons.

Under the new regulations, Jamaicans going to St Maarten on business must show a confirmed copy of their hotel bookings and between US$100 and US$200 per day to cover their expenses. They must also show travel medical insurance of US$15,000.

The Jamaican government National Commission for Ganja recommendated that Jamaica decriminalize possession marijuana. The Ganja Commission's report is a decade old.

However government officials in Jamaica are now reviewing the commission's recommendations to decriminalize possession of small amounts of Ganja.

The report concluded ganja was "culturally entrenched" in Jamaica. The commission also said moderate use had no negative health effects on most users.

Any change in Jamaica's drug laws would have to be approved by Jamaica's Parliament.

Jay-Z will be battling clothing giant Volcom, as Volcom has filed a lawsuit against Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label due to infringement based upon usage of their logo. The diamond stone used in Roc Nation ads looks very much alike to Volcom’s logo, which has been trademarked since 1991.
