Temptations singer Ali-Ollie Woodson dies at 58

Ali Ollie Woodson, who led the Motown quintet the Temptations in the 1980s and ’90s and helped restore it to hit-making glory with songs like “Treat Her Like a Lady,” died on Sunday in Los Angeles. He was 58.

Mr. Woodson was not an original member of the group, which had several lineup changes since it started in the 1960s.

Woodson died Sunday in Los Angeles California after battling cancer.
