Jamaican-Born Chef Nominated the prestigious Craft Guild of Chefs Awards.

Respected Jamaican-born chef, Collin Brown, has been shortlisted for the prestigious Craft Guild of Chefs Awards in the United Kingdom (UK).

Known as the 'Chef's Oscars' the awards recognise and reward the leading talent working in kitchens all across the industry.

The 37-year old Trelawny native, who is head chef and owner of the Chef Collin Brown Restaurant in London's Docklands, has been nominated for the Ethnic Chef of the Year Award.
