Legendary reggae matriarch Rita Marley will be the recipient of the Marcus Garvey Lifetime Achievement Award at the 17th Annual Caribbean American Heritage Awards Gala hosted by the Institute of Caribbean Studies (ICS) in Washington, DC, on November 12, 2010.
Rita Marley will accept the award during the gala dinner to be held at the JW Marriott in Washington, DC.
