As a proof that he is also into lifestyle and stuff, he just launched his new website which he called Life + Times. Life + Times features all kinds of interesting content but with no particular focus.
Life + Times which doubles as a promo for the rapper’s upcoming album includes advice, innovations and entertainment in categories of style, leisure, art and design, technology, music, and sports. It also offers a section called Jay’s which includes insight from the rapper himself on various aspects of life.
Jay-Z gets plenty of media exposure but he has never into much of online engagements. This project seems to be a friend to Jay-Z where he can publish more of his inner thoughts and ideas with his own personal consent. The placement of this website may be more about commercial promotion as Jay-Z himself seems to be on focus about his economic pursuits. Therefore, Life + Times is not your average hip-hop blog and you cannot find tunes from Jay, rather than the things listed above.
