Legendary dancehall artist Bounty Killer, born Rodney Basil Price, has officially regained his U.S. visa after a 15-year ban, marking a major turning point in his illustrious career and sending waves of excitement through the global reggae and dancehall communities.

The return of his travel documents not only paves the way for long-anticipated performances in the United States, but also signifies a moment of redemption and renewal for the veteran artist, often referred to as the “Warlord” of dancehall.

According to sources close to the artist, Bounty Killer is already planning a U.S. tour slated for later this year. The tour will celebrate his decades-long contribution to dancehall and reggae, and may feature surprise appearances by protégés and collaborators such as Mavado, Vybz Kartel (via tribute), and Dexta Daps.

A documentary and possible album are also reportedly in the works, chronicling his journey from Seaview Gardens to global stardom, his struggles with the system, and his unwavering commitment to the culture.
