I think thats another Thing is to be say....
The Poorness and the feeling that the world is not fair for a lot of Countries makes the people angry. and i think that this is a way to regulate the Pressure in themselves...( i hope the English is correct,..if not sorry)
BUT, i also think that this way is not the right one.
