Tyga has confirmed that he is now the proud owner of a ginormous 9,279-square-foot mansion in Calabasas for which the Young Money rapper paid $6.5 million.
And to think that just 20 miles away we have a Malibu landlord named Gholamreza Rezai who has sued the rapper for not paying rent on his $16k / month mansion. Tyga’s team has dismissed the allegation as 100% false.
Tyga new house boasts of 7 bedrooms, 8 baths, a movie theater, pool spa, waterfall, tennis courts, gym and classy interiors with high ceiling rooms.
The rapper is evidently worth more than what was previously thought with a deal for signature sneakers with Reebok and an adult video site. Currently, Tyga is working on his new album “Hotel California”.
