The 20th edition of Reggae Sumfest will see two international artiste added to the event, as a pair of R&B superstars will take to the Catherine Hall stage this July. R Kelly and Trey Songz have been confirmed for Reggae Sumfest 2012, which will take place from July 15-21 in Montego Bay. Trey Songz will take to the stage on International Night 1, July 20 while R Kelly will perform on International Night 2, July 21. R Kelly was due to perform at 2011 edition of Reggae Sumfest but had to pull out after complaining of throat pain and later having an emergency operation on his throat. The Jamaica Film Academy announces the Call for Entries in the 2012 Jamaica Reggae Film Festival, to be held May 2012 in Kingston, Jamaica. In keeping with the format initiated at the inaugural event in February 2008, the Festival will showcase films in which aspects of Jamaica's Reggae music culture are displayed, documented and memorialized in feature, documentary and short films, animation and music videos.
